R.O.C. Race

The R.O.C. Race (Ridiculous Obstacle Challenge) is happening on May 11th at the Del Mar Race Track.  This event is to benefit the Challenged Athletes Foundation.  I have never done it before so this should be interesting.  I will probably need that free beer at the end!!  It should be a great time and a great cause at the same time.  Win/Win for all!!!
