The Coyote Bar and Grill is a great place within walking distance of the inn that has great food, entertainment and margaritas!! This place also has the BEST salsa I have ever tasted. They roast the tomatoes and it creates a wonderful smoky salsa that I have never tasted anywhere else. I am not even normally a salsa fan, but this salsa has converted me.
