It is hard to believe this little nest is just 2 inches tall! How lucky we were to discover the nest with 2 jelly bean sized eggs on Easter morning. One hatched later that day and the other hatched the Monday following Easter. Thanks to Charlie Houston for the momma bird picture. The other picture shows the two little ones with thier noses in the air. Momma can't sit on the nest anymore and comes by to feed her babies. We are so enjoying watching them grow and the day will come very soon when they will leave us. So glad that nature offered us the opportunity to watch this amazing progression.
